Yep Kitchen Hunan salted chillies have a funky, fiery flavour. As the name suggests, they’re hot, salty and packed with umami. In China, salted chillies are known as duo jiao and typically served with steamed fish. Their bold colour and unique taste will delight any chilli lover.
Yep Kitchen pairs the fermented chillies with sea salt and rice wine. Ginger and garlic add to the rich, savoury flavour. Enjoy them in sandwiches, stir fries and Asian broths. Hot and tangy, salted chillies are a great addition to fried rice and noodle dishes.
