Emma Basic nori is made from seaweed harvested at the beginning of the season. This ensures the texture is not too chewy. The sheets are manufactured in Japan.

Rich in natural umami, nori sheets are an essential ingredient in Japanese cuisine. In addition to sushi making, you can also use them as a garnish. Cut the sheets into thin strips or crumble them into flakes. They can be sprinkled over rice bowls, salads and ramen.

The sheets come in zip lock packaging to keep them dry. Once open, use immediately.
