It is made from cast iron, which distributes heat evenly and adds delicious roasting aromas to the ingredients with its black matt enamel interior that creates thousands of miniature grill points. The lid with its Chistera drop structure collects all evaporating moisture and drops it back on the ingredients, resulting in succulent meat, tender vegetables and a rich sauce.
But the truly special thing about this French oven is its silver-green glazing. It was named after the eucalyptus tree, famous for its unique aroma and its ability to withstand high temperatures and even wildfires. The elegant colour has a subtle gradient effect that adds an interesting touch to your table decoration, fitting in harmoniously with our pastel colours.
