Spatula 

The black iron BBQ spatula, also known as a flipper, turner or fish slice is the ideal tool for lifting and turning foods such as steaks, burgers and fish.

The handle is wrapped in cool-to-hold, organic jute cord. The plaited jute fibres are natural, sustainable and eco-friendly.

An extra wide blade makes it ideal for sliding under the food to turn it over or for removing it from the grill, grate, griddle or pan. 
Keeps hands safely away from intense heat when cooking with live fire.
The Netherton Foundry range of BBQ tools uses no plastics, paints, PTFE or PFAS, they are made from black iron.
A thin, slightly flexible blade with a ground front edge perforated with ¼" ( 5mm ) holes .
Comfortable ⅛ inch (3mm) thick black iron handle.
The durable 99.1% pure iron is pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural non-stick finish & easy to clean.
Suitable for high temperatures, resists warping & buckling.
Hand made and assembled with solid iron rivets.
Highlighted with a Netherton brand brass rivet.

Don't leave your BBQ tools resting in the flames when not cooking. If the tool is glowing, you may change the temper of the metal and singe the jute cord.
